PLUS Teacher Development Training

The PLUS Teacher Development Training is a four-hour professional learning experience designed for classroom teachers who oversee and guide a PLUS Team. The training focuses on the instructional methodology and classroom practices needed to create a student-centered learning environment, facilitate meaningful discussion, support student leadership, and manage the ongoing work of the PLUS Team. Teachers will learn practical strategies for balancing structure with student voice, guiding collaborative activities, supporting the PLUS 30-Day Cycle, and helping students move from data gathering to action planning and engagement.
