Why the PLUS Program
The PLUS Program is the comprehensive model. A year-long class gives students the time to lead a school climate and student engagement program that is built on student voice and connected to the resources of the school and district. This is the model that follows the evidence behind PLUS and sustains the program from year to year.

What the first year includes
PLUS runs as a class because the work takes time. Every 30 days the students survey their peers, hold a Forum, plan activities from what they learned and report the results to the school. The first year puts that cycle in place. The 2-Day training prepares your PLUS staff to run it and to connect it to the work your school already does in MTSS, PBIS and school safety, and the curriculum, Direction and the conference support your staff through the year.
For a team of up to four staff members. A fifth person attends at no charge.
Unlimited access to Direction and unlimited access to the activity resource database.
The lessons, Forum materials and tools your PLUS class uses through the year.
One registration to the annual School Climate Conference or School Safety Conference.
Each year after
After the first year, a school chooses one of two ways to continue. Both include the same subscription, conference registration and training registration.
The school commits to three more years of the subscription and pays the lower price each year.
The school renews one year at a time, with no commitment beyond the current year.

Unlimited access to Direction and the activity resource database.
One registration each year to the annual School Climate Conference or School Safety Conference.
One registration each year to the 2-Day PLUS Program Development Training, for one new staff member.
Training
Your PLUS staff attend the 2-Day PLUS Program Development Training together. We recommend sending an administrator, a counselor and the teacher who will lead the class, so the staff who act on the information learn the program side by side. Trainings are held regionally throughout the year, and one new staff member can attend each year after as part of your subscription.
